HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order using any major credit and debit card through our online payment processor. The payment processing company we use is completely independent of us and is secured using 128bit SSL technology.
HOW ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED?
We base our shipping charges on Flat rates based on the product type & size. You can get an estimate of the shipping charges from your shopping cart.
HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?
We deliver your order in strong, protective packaging using the Federal Express and Ground services. We want you to be happy with your purchase on its arrival and so we take great care to check products prior to packing them and to make sure they are packed securely. We ship all of the products from our web store to worldwide locations.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 3 days of them being received. Orders sent via the FedEx Overnight will usually take between 1-3 working days to arrive, with processing. Orders sent via the FedEx 2-day will usually take between 2-5 working days to arrive, with processing. Orders send overseas via Fed Ex Ground can take between 5-10 days to arrive, with processing. We do not ship to a PO Boxes.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
You can return any items to us within seven (7) days of receiving them for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Any item purchase may be returned with thirty (30) days from the date of delivery and receive a gallery credit for a future purchase, equal to the purchase price. The gallery credit is valid for only six (6) months from the date of issue, and if not used in a timely manner it expires and is of no further force or effect.
The item should be returned in it's original packaging and in the same condition as was sent to you. We check all of our products prior to dispatch to ensure their quality on arrival. Before returning any item please contact us to arrange this.
